Breakfast: 1 frozen banana, 1.5 cup frozen mango, 2 cup spinach, 1 cup kale, 1 stalk celery, 1 lime, 6oz 2% milk, 3/4 cups greek yogurt, split with family.

Lunch: poké bowl, but I didn't really end up eating the rice.

Dinner: (ingredients listed in other photo). Basically steamed with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme.

Non pictured: random cottage cheese yogurt snack bowl. (We love the 1/3rd measuring cup : D). The random calcium is from the new brand of ✨️✨️✨️ water I was drinking.
