I eat around 1,200-1,300 kcal per day and eat between 11:00 and 19:00.

Breakfast: Porridge with blueberries, cottage cheese and cinnamon granola

Snack 1: Air popped popcorn + almond caramel latte

Lunch: Smoked salmon, vegetarian bifteki, air fried green capsicum/pepper

Snack 2: Chocolate protein pudding + strawberries

Dinner: Soy marinated salmon, asparagus, choko/chayote with butter

Dessert: Greek yoghurt with passionfruit, strawberries and meringue
