

I toasted 2 small slices of Albertsons sliced French wheat bread and cut them up and add them to the salad to soak up all the juices.
This is one of my favorites.
I can add canned tuna or hard boiled egg or grilled chicken or grilled steak or baked fish to fill it up and give more protein. Depends on the day and how hungry I am.
