Coke Zero extra ice (0 cals), McChicken (Canadian, 470 cals), and pickle slices lol!!!!

I’m normally the biggest cook at home and EAT YOUR FIBER when on a deficit because you have so few calories to get all your nutrients but sometimes you just want to watch your favourite show and eat your favourite fast food 🫶🏻 I love McDonald’s fries but honestly didn’t really need them, each pickle is a lot more sour and takes longer to eat vs shoving like 5 fries in your mouth at once so I filled up pretty quickly 🙂

Do not recommend doing this every night though as I can notably tell a difference in how I feel in the morning if I ate healthy vs less nutritious options when eating 1200-1300
