
Okay I know this looks like normal portion of food, but the beef is some leftover dino ribs I smoked the other day and its a REALLY fatty cut of meat. The beef alone is over 500 cal. Thank god for calorie counting otherwise it is too easy to over eat these things. I am STUFFED.
Full meal is dino ribs, white rice, avacado, Mexican corn salad, broccoli sautéed with butter, sour cream, and chili crisp oil
