Here’s a meal prep for about 3 days (some meals stretch to 5 days) that makes for 1272 calories everyday. Breakfast is a chia pudding with protein powder, lunch is pasta (yes actual pasta) with a homemade sauce and dinner is a tofu bowl with Brussel sprouts. For a total of 89g of protein. All I drank today was coffee with almond milk, water and diet sprite. I added each recipe after each meal.
