
i’ve been in a baking recipe exploration type of mood!
i give this one like a 7/10. pretty good texture, but still cake-y than i would’ve wanted, and i wish the peanut butter taste came through stronger!
to a bowl, add:
– 1 tbsp self-rising flour
– 1 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
– 1 tbsp brown sugar alternative
– ½ tbsp Greek yogurt
– splash of vanilla extract
– Tiny pinch baking soda
mix together, use your hands to help. it will come together without additional wet ingredients i promise
place it in your airfryer, flatten it out as it won’t really spread on its own
I did it at 350° until I could pick the cookie up and it looked done
to a bowl, mixed together unsweetened cocoa powder with a tiny splash of milk (not too much). Add a confectioners sugar alternative until you like the taste. depending on how much confectioners sugar you use, you might want to add a little bit more milk to help thin out the chocolate sauce again.
Top your cookie with the chocolate sauce once it’s done
