
This whole thing had under 400 calories! Just beef and veggies and tomato sauce essentially! Tbh when I use cauliflower rice, I use it more like a vegetable than like a rice sub!
3oz beef, 200g cauliflower rice, 50g pepper, 50g radish, 50g carrot, 1c tomato sauce, 30g peas, 90g spinach!
