Have any of you tried the Oats Overnight brand?

They’re so good! However, I’m hungry like an hour after eating them. I use unsweetened almond milk to mix, and even with adding additional chia and/or flax seeds, I’m still hungry so quickly. Everyone else I’ve talked to though – it fills them up for hours.

With being close to 400-450 calories with the addition of the chia/flax seeds, they are very little bang for calorie buck for me. They’re fairly liquidy – can it be as simple as ya gal needs more solids in order to feel full?
