Not sure if this is the best sub for this question but a friend gave me a small mango tree 5 years ago. It has grown x5 or more in that time. This year is the 1st year it produces fruit! My question would be to anyone that has a big tree, best way to preserve the fruit. Its way more than I can eat. I will definitely give a bunch away to friends and neighbors but would like to keep some past the time they ripen fully. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
