  1. The vegan steak is Chunk brand. I only used half a slab. Pretty simple dinner, but really good. I used olive oil spray both before and after cooking (oil cals are included)

    I think plant-based meat is too ‘ahead of its time’. meaning there could be a undesirable launching point for the food and it’s actually a huge elephant in the room what’s being sold as lab grown meat today … until lab grown meat ethics becomes a real field of study in institutions
