

Don’t know why I never thought of making a big jar of peanut butter from PBFit before, it’s so low calorie. I’ve always added the powder to different treats and things, but blended with water it has a similar consistency to the real thing. And I made a raspberry chia jam by thawing frozen raspberries, mashing them up with chia seeds, a little monk fruit sweetener and a dash of almond extract (totally optional). With this 35 calorie bread, you can make a pretty decent PB&J dupe. It’s not the same as the real thing, but in a deficit, not too shabby. 134 cals, 11g protein, and 8g fiber.
