I use Dannon Light + Fit (80cal), Nature’s Own Keto bread (35cal), or Delightful bread (45cal) as the bases. 38g of cottage cheese leaves me with enough room for other toppings, but I plug numbers into MFP until it hits 100 and use the scale to make sure the count is accurate. The caffeinated hot tea on the side is a requirement for me.
