




I did NOT do well with my nutrition today (it was one of those days where my body did not want actual food). BUT, I managed to hit my protein goal 🙂
Breakfast: overnight oats with Greek yogurt + berries, protein water
Lunch: Korean beef & shrimp bowl with squash
“Dinner” (lol): high protein cheesecake pudding with fat-free whipped cream
Snack: vegan protein bar
