
Whisked 2 eggs and added 54ml (2% fat) milk and then scambled. Also added 35g mozarella, 30g onion, 30g muhsrooms, 54 of tomato, 56g of cucumber, 105g lighter cottage cheese, and light ham 30g. Also ketchup 10grams. If you have lighter calorie versions this can be even lower in cals:) good for protein and keeps you full for hours
