
This is cut in half but it is so good and so satisfying –
2 eggs & 1 egg white, seasoned and mixed with 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese, red bell pepper, & one piece of bacon cut up
1 carb control tortilla
2 oz turkey
1 1/2 tablespoons of low fat sour cream
I’ve been struggling to get proper protein in staying in this deficit but if I start the day with this I feel like I just cracked the code to low cal high protein !!
