The other day I woke up skinny minded again and came back to my beloved diet. I love low processed food and buckwheat (I eat it EVERYDAY) but for the last 2 months I had to eat a bit „dirtier” and swaped buckwheat for pasta, guilty.

I always ate like this and my friends love pics of my food so I decided to share my usual full day of eating and share some tips like gelly (gelatine homemade jelly).

My staple (uni) lunch is buckwheat + broccoli + tofu. Today I finally meal prepped beans and chickpeas (I soak them and cook them to save money and sodium intake). The whole box is 684kcal. Maybe a bit less, I tend to overestimate.

My biggest secret for sweet tooth cravings is homemade jelly. I love it!! It takes 5 mins. I boil 4-6 bags of tea (here 4 black + 1 raspberry) in 1L of water, I add sweetener and then just add gelatine and stir. The whole box is 35kcal. Basically just a gelatine kcals.
