

Cook pasta
Melt cheese wedges on very low and add milk and cheese powder, mix pasta into cheese sauce. (I found the cheese powder necessary, just the laughing cow tasted too much like cream cheese or something, needed that cheddar punch).
Baked at 425F for maybe 15 minutes (i didn't time it).
Turns out fat free cheese doesn't brown, but it was still really good!
Makes a pie tins worth, whole thing ~1,000 cals
I was too hungry and forgot to take a pic before i dug in lol. Maybe I'm too used to low cal versions of stuff, but i really don't think anyone would know this was "light" mac n cheese if you didn't tell them.
