
these weight fluctuations have been driving me insane, I think I just need some reassurance here. so, my TDEE is between 2000-2100 depending on the calculation, and I eat within +/- 100 of 1200 almost every day here. On the days my weight went up, I was eating at my bmr, which I believe to be around 1700/1800. Does this graph look okay? I feel like i’m losing steam and motivation and it’s just exhausting. the thing that’s really getting to me is how I really haven’t been able to get below 160, which is when my bmi (I know bmi isn’t perfect) is officially no longer ‘overweight’ anyways i’d love to hear from yall, especially from people who have been doing this longer than me.
