
Breakfast : coffee (oat milk, sugar) + a big banana
Lunch : lettuce wraps (corn, red beans, mini cucumbers, mixed tomatoes, avocado, veggie finger, Boston lettuce) + sauce (oat yogurt, lime juice, mexican hot sauce)
Afternoon snack : white bean and chocolate chips cookie
Dinner : lentil « meatloaf » + curried vegetables (potatoes, carrots, turnips, onions) + mustard
Note : the eating part of the lettuce wraps didn’t go so well.
