Lunch : tofu marinated in pickled beets juice + mashed brocoli/green peas + air-fryed sweet potatoes

Afternoon snack : cantaloup + walnuts

Dinner : lentil « meatloaf » + curried veggies (potatoes, carrots, onions, turnips)

Evening snack : vanilla pudding
