They’re just so good. Not exactly the lowest in cal but they’ve stopped me from binging a few times ٩(

Taking one of these with a bottle of water curbs any hunger/craving for atleast an hour and a half for me. Or I promise myself one for tomorrow as a reward if I stop myself.

They’re deglet nour dates, pitted and filled with zero sugar raspberry jam and then I coat in lilys white chocolate. The first time I made these with white chocolate versus previous times with milk and dark and this is my fav so far!

Also a disclaimer that I don’t own a food scale yet so the tracking isn’t 100% accurate, I estimated what I used and the serving size so it’s good enough for me.
