Breakfast :
– coffee + 2 T of oat milk + 1,5 t of sugar
– 1/2 banana muffin + mint tea

Morning snack :
– 100g of pineapple

Dinner :
– 1/4 portion of Tom Yum broth
– 1/8 pack of tofu (56,75g)
– 100g of frozen brocoli
– 65g of cooked noodles

Supper :
– 1/4 portion of gnocchis w creamy tomato sauce
– 1/2 pack of cremini mushroom (113,5g) air-fryed in a dash of soy sauce and rosemary
– 1/2 sweet potato oven baked
– 30g of plain oat yogurt w a dash of nutritional yeast, lime juice, garlic salt and green onion

Evening snack :
– 1 small apple
