Honestly one of my favorite dishes so I had to figure out a low calorie version. I broke it into 4 Servings and it's less than 300c each. Season it how you like but still watch out for the sodium! Sidenote: The milk definitely wasn't enough for the Bisquick so I ended up adding enough water until I got the consistency I wanted (too lazy to do extra math)
