I bought these dishwasher and microwave safe containers for meal prepping. It makes me feel like I have a nice lunch from a salad bar!

Super basic with whatever I had in the fridge bell pepper, salad leaves, radish, cucumber, tomato, spring onions and 140g of chicken (heavily seasoned with garlic powder, aromat and Italian herb mix) 217 calories as is but will add an egg and some low fat dressing or a bit of olive oil later.
