Back on my whole foods bacon, lentil, veggies, brie, goat yogurt grind 🙂 So satisfying and so yummy, I actually couldn't believe how good this was.

The breakdown:

2 strips bacon (60)

3/4 C Lentils (180-ish) + Spinach cooked in the bacon grease

1 oz. Brie (110)

Yogurt sauce: 1/4 C Goat Yogurt w/ spritz of olive oil + paprika, spicy curry, salt, pep, garlic powder, fresh parsley (60-ish)

2 roasted beet slices + 2 cauliflower florets roasted w/ olive oil spritzes

"Fries" = 1/2 a yellow potato and 1 carrot roasted w/ olive oil spritzes + spices

[these last veggies are between 100 and 150: i don't do exact for veg and that's my biz baby!]

PS – deleted previous same post when I realized I had accidentally included a friend's business card in the photo…not trying to dox anybody tonight, lol.
