
210 calories for the portion shown with 16 grams of protein. Baked in the air fryer (small batch with only 2 portions as I’m the only one who eats cheesecake in my household) Much more satisfying and tasty than a protein bar in my opinion and actually shocked at how ‘unhealthy’ it tastes.
This is my third try at a baked cheesecake variation and I’m finally happy with the taste and macros, just need to work on presentation. The top part was slightly over baked but once I peeled off the ‘crust’ from the egg on top the center was perfect and so was the crust! If anyone would like the recipe I’d be keen to share, and any feedback on baking times/methods would be appreciated
