BREAKFAST: white bean bruschetta + 2 lil smokies
SNACK: rice cracker snacks, pistachios and almonds
LUNCH: shredded salad + 4oz cod
SNACK: iced matcha with strawberry cold foam (1 pump sweetener)
DINNER: skin on bone in chicken thigh, rice + arugula

Always forget how high calorie nuts are. The cold foam too 😩 Still a great day
