1. vegan chickpea kale salad (premade not salad kit) + frozen kebab (air fried, very high fat for protein ratio imo)
  2. lightly smoked tinned mussels + homemade carrot salad (carrots shaved lengthwise)
  3. sparkling white tea with pomegranate juice
  4. microwave pad see ew with tofu (this alone is 600 cals)

Lazy meal inspo! This was from a little while ago so idk if they still have this exact salad but everything else they still have
