

This is my new favourite thing ever! I’ve been making it every night for a week.
Instructions:
Prepare oats on stove per package directions. On low heat, add egg whites while whisking constantly to avoid scrambling. Cook on medium-low heat until thickened about 2-3 minutes. Cut banana into slivers and add half to oats and cook another 1-2 minutes. Add sweeteners, cinnamon and vanilla. Top with remaining bananas and chocolate chips.
