
While shopping today i came across a very low calorie alternative to regular pasta, which I suppose might be well known here already – Konjac pasta – but since I rarely eat any type of pasta, I had no idea. Only 20kcal for 200g!
I gave them a try with some pesto and some shredded grana padano, totaling to ~280 kcal for around 250g in total
