
1 – French toast! 1 normal slice, 1 low cal slice, 1 egg and half cup egg whites. I like dicing apple up all tiny as a topping. Low cal maple syrup and a little powdered sugar.
2 – 3 French onion chicken meatballs on top of a half cup of mashed sweet potato
3 – homemade chicken soup withwith protein noodles.
4 – a homemade roll to go with said soup
Snack – a few bites of sloppy Joe mix and a few baked fries
