I posted a few days ago asking if anyone had experience with the Bakers Baking Co Elevate high protein flour and just wanted to update since I received mine and used it. I was blown away by how palatable it was. I tried two very similar recipes, both using Greek yogurt, flour and baking powder. I made a small batch of the bagels and a small batch of tortillas. They were very good, especially the bagels and the macros are better than most of the protein powders I use- each one was about 95 calories with 21ish grams of protein. I took a couple of pictures before we finished eating them all, although it was late and my bagels did not keep their shape well due to user error.

It’s expensive, but I highly recommend if you enjoy baking and you are on a high protein to calorie ratio diet!
