

Hey guys, chia pudding for breakfast is a non negotiable as it keeps my digestion going swimmingly throughout the day and i LOVE IT SO MUCH and it's easy prep the night before. I log it into my food logger app and see that it's pretty high fat, lower protein. Although the fats in chia are healthy omega 3s, How do I balance this out? Any suggestions?
