
New to this! I found this calorie deficit calculator that says that my calorie intake should be 941 to lose 1lb/week. I don't think that eating that little of calories is even safe or sustainable. How can I calculate my calorie deficit? What website or app do you use? I'm a 36 year old woman, 5ft2in, Current Weight: 123LB Goal Weight: 115LB. Sedentary lifestyle.
