Breakfast: maple protein waffle and egg white omelettes with cheese + carrot salad π§
Lunch: roasted leeks with a yogurt/romescu sauce and crispy onions with airfried tilapia and shallots π
Dinner: kimchi jiggae with konjac noodlesβ¦ insanely low calorie, high volume, high protein and soooo easy π
Dessert: Greek yogurt raspberries and fiber one brownie π«
