I've been out of this for awhile and finally ordered some more. This mustard amazes me 👏🙌 I could eat it straight. It elevates sauces, dip, dressings, marinades, sandwiches. You don't need much. Once you've tried this Grey Poupon goes straight in the TRASH. 🚮
Plain (no herbs) Edmond Fallot Dijon is available at Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market in my area, but it's pricey. For flavors look online. I like tarragon and basil.
Maille is an easier to find and less expensive option for Dijon.
