I’ve really fallen off on maintaining my diet since summer so I’m back to my calorie deficit! This time being super intentional about my protein intake. Already the pay off on the scale has been super motivating to keep at it.

All that's pictured: 2 boiled eggs w/everything bagel seasoning-120 cal 12 protein
2 pieces hero bread- 60 cal 12 protein
Cottage cheese topping w/pepper flakes- 50 cal 6 protein Hot honey topping-70 cal
Last but not least Greek yogurt w/sugar free vanilla syrup- 100 cal 18 protein
Total- 400 cal 49 g of protein. Back on my bull og and
I'm already down 2 lbs this week. Feels good but also I forgot how fun it is to be so strategic about meals!
