Hi all! I am really anxious this morning and want to know if this increase over a few days could be water weight? For context, I have had some diet changes this week as I had an active week and ate a little more to accommodate (and extra 200 kcal a day or so). Also, I had a bit of a larger cheat day than usual on Saturday, as I saw that I was 900 kcal under my weekly budget. I have also started my cycle yesterday. However it looks like when I have logged, water weight spikes in one night for me typically rather than over a couple days. Could it still be water weight? Did I miscalculated how many calories to eat in a day this week and start gaining weight? Please help if you know.
