


Recently discovered how low cal sauerkraut and mushrooms are. “Mushroom breakfast” includes onion, jalepeno, garlic, tomato, and mushrooms mixed in the egg. “Breakfast fruit and veg” covers the spinach and little oil used for the egg. Cocoa powder, coconut milk, and sugar went in my coffee! First post on here now that I’m done w my deficit and am maintaining 🙂
