I'm on a cut and experimenting around with ricepaper. I made this ricepaper samosa by wrapping chicken and low fat mozzarella in two ricepapers, giving it an egg wash and airfrying it for 12 minutes with no oil.
It's less than 400 calories a piece and fairly filling. Ricepaper is genuinely one of the best cutting hacks out there
