My husband calls this dish "Too Much Crabbage" because it's truly so much crab mix with a riced cabbage base.

The key is to have a good imitation crab mix (osaki kanikama's and HEB's brands are my faves) and to squeeze out as much liquid from the "crab" as you can. Then finely chop it, mix with the mayos, soy sauce, and a splash of rice vinegar (not pictured as it's zero cals). I recommend slowly adding the soy sauce and tasting to preference, 1 tbsp was just a rough guess but I know I used less.

For the cabbage, finely chop (I used a pre-shredded cabbage mix and chopped some more) and then throw onto a hot pan for a few minutes stirring frequently.

You can also eat it with cucumber slices instead of cabbage or with nothing at all, I just like to add something to feel better about the fact that I'm eating at least 2 cups of straight crab mix. The crab mix ratios can also easily be cut in half for a less excessive amount of mix and 165 fewer calories!

NOTE: the recipe says 1 tbsp of kewpie is 55 calories, that is not true. I use a half tbsp of kewpie for that calorie amount as 1 tbsp is 110 cals. Loseit is off with stuff like that sometimes.
