I recently added beans to my diet and bought a can of black and a can of garbonzo.
Both cans (different brands) said there were 3.5 servings and a serving is .5 cup. However when I pour them out, there was a total of 1 cup of black beans and 1.3 cups of garbonzo.
The only way this measurement would be accurate is if I did not drain the cans and added the water to measure. Anyone know why it’s not right?
