Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients : 1 ripe banana, 25 gr fine oats, 1 egg, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder

Steps :
1. Mush the banana until its soft, mix in with egg until its all mixed well
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together and then pour inside the wet ingredients.
3. Mix them all together
4. Put in air fryer at around 140°-160° Celcius for about 20 minutes (check periodically as every air fryer might work differently)

Notes :
If you don’t have a ripe banana, you can just peel one and put it in the microwave for a minute or however long you need it until its gets soft enough.

For the Ice Cream I got it at LIDL. Highly recommend! Not icy at all like other ice creams
