First post in this sub! Easy and delicious salmon, quinoa, and broccoli meal prep. Broccoli and salmon were cooked in the oven, and the quinoa was cooked in chicken broth for added protein. Used MyFitnessPal which estimated 450 calories and 40g of protein 🙂 Maybe not the most filling meal (my portions were small so that I could stretch it across 3 servings), but good with snacks in between!
