so i’ve been stuck at & around 136 since the 13th of december. finally the scale started moving until this morning it went right back up to 135 & im not understanding what the issue is? didn’t do anything different yesterday & actually didn’t have any snacks long before bed time. i’ve tried eating at maintenance for a few days back during the holidays, my period has came & went (that’s when i finally got to 134). only thing i haven’t tried is upping my activity level, which i think is probably the best option here.

is this normal? i’ve been eating at 1,200 since the 14th of september so almost 5 months now & ive heard about plateaus being normal but i didn’t expect it to happen so soon. any suggestions?
