386 calories total and I could barley finish this meal it was so filling. Here’s the recipe since I don’t count calories in seasonings:

Ingredients:
-1 heaping cup of cauliflower florets
– 3/4 cup broccoli florets
– 1/2 cup dry macaroni
– 1/4 block of firm tofu
– 2 Tbs nutritional yeast
– 1-2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
– Italian seasoning to taste
– salt and black pepper to taste
– 2 tbs lemon juice
– Cajun seasoning to taste

Instructions:
Boil the cauliflower until soft. Add to a blender with the tofu, nutritional yeast, bouillon, seasonings, and lemon juice. Add about 1/4 cup of water and blend until smooth adding more water as needed. Meanwhile boil your macaroni in salted water. Halfway through the pasta cooking add the broccoli. Mix the sauce into the drained pasta and broccoli and enjoy.
