

Breakfast sandwich with low cal bread, 2 eggs, hot sauce, vegan sausage, onion, jalepeno, tomato, and spinach (I don’t count the veggies on my breakfasts bc it’s negligible) and raspberries with dark chocolate chips and a couple takis on the side. Learning to eat sweet/spicy/salty high cal treats in moderation has made weight loss so much easier. Officially 5lb from my goal weight 🙌
