This meal would have more color but these strawberries are a special “pineapple” breed.
My waffle was a bit dry, but I’ve since read that whipping the egg whites and folding them in will make for a lighter/ fluffier texture, and would likely make two waffles instead of one.
All in all, very satisfying!
