

Pillsbury crescent rolls each topped with half a slice of prosciutto and and a half ounce of goat cheese. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes.
At 153 calories each, these are great for a grab and go breakfast for me. I’ll have two and a side for a main meal. They reheat pretty well and it’s easy to make a bunch for the week. Or you could have all 8 and water for a full day if you really love them.
I do a few variations on these. Sometimes I’ll slice up some meatballs and add a little marinara, or you can do turkey and Swiss. It’s basic, but easy!
